By using lalalock.com or placing an order you agree to these terms. The website is operated by LALA LOCK SMC (Private) Limited.

1. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. Photos are for illustration; handmade products may show small natural differences. Stock is limited. Where a product shows "availability on request", please contact us before ordering.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account. Please give accurate delivery and contact details.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Placing an order is a request to buy. We accept payment by manual transfer to the account details shown at checkout. Your order stays pending until our team verifies your payment; we may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, or if the item is out of stock, and any money received will be refunded.

4. DELIVERY

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier. Please check the parcel on arrival and tell us at once about any damage.

5. WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Our Return Policy & Lifetime Warranty forms part of these terms. In short: bring the lock with all the keys supplied with it; the replacement lock is free, and a Rs. 200 penalty applies for each missing key.

6. BULK AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Keyed-alike (same-key) sets cost Rs. 100 more per lock (Rs. 200 more per brass lock), include one key per lock, are made to order and take about 1 month; extra keys are charged separately. Bulk quantities and orders to countries outside Pakistan are quoted individually after you contact us. Price, shipping cost to your country and payment method are agreed before we start. We supply orders directly and do not appoint distributors.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break into accounts or the admin area, or submit false orders or payment proofs.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Lala Lock / King Lala names, logos, photographs and site content belong to LALA LOCK SMC (Private) Limited and may not be copied without permission.

9. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the product concerned. Locks are security aids and no lock can guarantee protection against every attempt at forced entry.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
