Lala Lock ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use lalalock.com and what we do with it.

WHAT WE COLLECT

• Account details: your name and email address, and your password (stored only as a one-way encrypted hash, never in readable form).
• Order details: phone number, delivery address, city, the items ordered, the payment method you chose, your transaction reference and any payment receipt image you upload.
• Enquiries: name, email, phone, quantity and message sent through the wholesale enquiry form.
• Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and to prevent abuse.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers. Payments are made by manual bank/wallet transfer.

HOW WE USE IT

• To create and manage your account and sign you in.
• To process, verify, deliver and support your orders, and to honour warranty claims.
• To reply to your enquiries.
• To keep the site secure and to limit repeated or automated attempts.

COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms. Your shopping bag is kept in your browser's local storage on your device. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts. We do not use advertising cookies.

SHARING

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed to deliver your order (for example your name, phone number and address with a courier) or when the law requires it.

RETENTION AND SECURITY

We keep order and warranty records for as long as needed to support your purchase, the warranty and our accounting obligations. Access to the store's admin area is restricted to authorised staff, and uploaded payment receipts are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.

YOUR CHOICES

You can ask us to correct or delete your account information by contacting us (some order records may need to be kept for legal or warranty reasons). You can also change your password from your account.

CHILDREN

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

CHANGES

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
