1. Open the collection and choose a lock. Tap Explore Details to see all photos, the description, how many plates/levers it has and how many keys come with it.

2. If the lock has sizes or options, pick one, then tap Add to Cart (or Buy now).

3. Open your bag, check the items and press checkout. You will be asked to sign in or create an account.

4. Enter your phone number, delivery address and city, choose a payment method, accept the store policies and press Place order.

5. You will see your order reference (it starts with LL-) and the payment instructions. Pay, then upload your payment proof from the order page.

Yes. An account lets us connect your payment proof to your order and lets you follow the order afterwards. Creating one takes a minute: your name, email and a password of at least 12 characters. Your password is stored only in encrypted form; nobody at Lala Lock can read it.

Sign in and open My account. Every order is listed with its reference, payment status and delivery status. Tap an order to see the items, the address, the payment instructions and, once the parcel is dispatched, the tracking details.

Statuses mean: pending (placed, waiting for payment to be checked), processing (payment verified, being prepared), shipped (on its way), completed (delivered) and cancelled.

Handmade locks are made in limited numbers. When we have not confirmed ready stock for a lock, we do not let it be ordered online, so you never pay for something we cannot send. Use the enquiry form or WhatsApp (+92 331 2462260) and we will tell you whether it is available, how soon, and the final price.

You can ask us to cancel an order before it is dispatched; message us on WhatsApp with your order reference. A cancelled order cannot be re-opened, so if you still want the item you would place a new order. If you had already paid, see the refund answer below. Once a parcel has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but the return & warranty policy still applies.

Message us on WhatsApp with the email address of your account and our team will assist you. When you are signed in you can change your password at any time from your account.

We accept PingPong, Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer. The methods that are currently switched on, and the exact account details for each, appear at checkout and on your order page. We do not take card numbers on the website.

1. Place your order and choose a method.
2. Send the exact order total (items plus delivery charge) to the account shown on your order.
3. Open your order, enter the transaction reference and upload a clear photo or screenshot of the receipt (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB).
4. Our team checks the money in the account. Until then the order stays pending.
5. When the payment is verified your order moves to processing and then to dispatch.

Please do not send money to any account that is not shown on your own order page.

We verify payments by hand, so it depends on how quickly the transfer reaches our account and when our team is available. If you uploaded your receipt and your order is still pending after a reasonable time, message us on WhatsApp with the order reference and we will check it.

At the moment orders are paid in advance by one of the transfer methods listed above. If cash on delivery is introduced it will appear as an option at checkout.

Do not worry. Write to us on WhatsApp with your order reference and a screenshot of the transfer. We will match it to your order. If the amount sent was wrong we will tell you how to correct it.

If an order is cancelled, out of stock, or a refund is otherwise due, we send the money back to the same account it came from after our team has confirmed the case (and, for a returned item, checked the product). The refund shows as refunded on your order.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout and added to your total before you place the order, so there are no surprises later. It is also saved with your order.

It depends on your city or country and on the courier. We prepare and dispatch your order after your payment is verified. For a delivery estimate to your address, in Pakistan or abroad, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will tell you what to expect.

When we dispatch it, the status changes to shipped and the courier tracking details appear on your order page under My account.

Check that the box is sealed and the lock matches what you ordered. Count the keys: the number of keys is written on the product page and on the box (for example "3 Plates, 3 Keys"). Keep every key and the box safe, because you need all the keys for the lifetime warranty. If anything is damaged or wrong, contact us at once and keep the packaging.

Every Lala Lock carries a lifetime warranty. If your lock has a problem, you bring it back to us and we replace it, subject to the key rule below. The full terms are on the return policy & lifetime warranty page.

You must bring the lock together with all the keys that came with it. Count the keys that were supplied:

• Lock came with 2 keys → bring 2 keys
• Lock came with 3 keys → bring 3 keys
• Lock came with 4 keys → bring 4 keys

In short: the number you received is the number you bring back.

The new lock is free: we take back your old lock and give you a brand-new, zero-meter lock. For every key that is missing there is a factory penalty of Rs. 200. One key missing is Rs. 200, two keys missing is Rs. 400, three keys missing is Rs. 600. Bring every key and you pay nothing. This works after one year, two years or five years, and as many times as you need, as long as the lock is whole (not cut or broken). Rust or an old look does not matter.

Message us on WhatsApp (+92 331 2462260) with your order reference or a photo of the lock. We will tell you where and how to send or hand over the lock. Send it with all its original keys. Our team checks the lock and keys and confirms your replacement.

Please check the photos, size and number of plates/keys carefully before ordering, and ask us anything on WhatsApp first. If the lock that arrives is wrong or damaged, contact us immediately and we will correct it. For other cases, talk to us; every request is looked at individually by our team.

You choose any lock from our collection and tell us how many you need. We make the whole set so that one key opens every lock. If you order 5 locks you get 5 keys, and any of those keys opens all five locks. It is ideal for a shop with several shutters, a house with many doors, or a warehouse and its cupboards.

On the home page go to One key. Every lock., choose your lock and the quantity, and press Request this set. It fills the wholesale form for you; add your name, email and phone and send it. We confirm your rate and delivery, and then you pay and we make the set. Sets are made to order and are ready in about 1 month.

Each lock in a same-key set costs Rs. 100 more than its normal price. For brass locks it is Rs. 200 more per lock. Example: a Rs. 500 lock becomes Rs. 600, so 5 locks cost 5 × Rs. 600 = Rs. 3,000.

Same-key sets are made to order, so they are not available the same day. Your set is ready in about 1 month after we confirm the order.

You get as many keys as locks: 2 locks = 2 keys, 4 locks = 4 keys, 5 locks = 5 keys, and any one key opens every lock in the set. If you want extra keys, they are charged separately. Contact us and we will tell you the charges.

Lala Lock is a family business running since 1985, more than forty years. It was started in Karachi by the late Syed Abdul Hameed, known to everyone as “Lala”. His work began in Hyderabad, Sindh, and the family later moved to Karachi. Our locks are made at the factory in Sialkot that belonged to his friend, the late Malik Muneer. Lala Lock is the manufacturer. We make every lock ourselves, so when you buy from us there is no middleman: the price, the quality and the warranty all come from the people who build the lock.

Yes. We ship to any country. We have already sent orders to the USA (including remote areas), Germany and Canada, mostly from customers who found us through our YouTube videos.

Yes. We take bulk orders of any size, directly from our workshop. Send us the product, the quantity and the delivery country or city. We reply with your rate, availability and timing.

No. We do not appoint distributors. Instead, anyone who needs locks, whether a shop, a business or a buyer abroad, can order from us directly and we will supply them from our workshop.

You can buy a single lock from the shop. A same-key set starts from 2 locks. For bulk or international orders, send us the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you the best rate.

Lala Locks are handmade, with solid construction: hardened steel rods, brass bodies and multi-plate or multi-lever mechanisms, depending on the model. Our locks are designed so that keys do not cross with each other, and some rod locks use a 120+ key-combination system so that the lock stays unique and secure.

Plates and levers are the internal parts that the key moves; more of them means a harder lock to open without its key. The inch size is the body size of the lock, which tells you how big it is on your door, shutter or cupboard. Each product page lists these details.

Our product descriptions list where each lock is suited (homes, cupboards, shops, shutters and offices), and the size and number of plates/levers are shown on each product page. If you are unsure, send us a photo of where the lock will go on WhatsApp and we will suggest one.

It depends on the model, and it is written in the product name and description (for example "3 Plate, 3 Keys"). Keep all the keys: they are needed for the lifetime warranty.

Lala Lock keys are cut by hand. Most other brands use machine-cut keys, where the same cuts are repeated over and over. Because a hand-cut key is made individually for a handmade lock, it is much less likely to fit another lock.

It depends on the lock's security level. In the economy range (locks priced around Rs. 500–600), if you gather around 100 locks, a key may start to fit another lock. In our higher-priced range this only starts to happen after around 1000 locks. These are approximate figures from our experience, not a guarantee. If you want maximum security, choose a higher-priced model, and ask us on WhatsApp if you are unsure which one suits you.

Yes, a Lala Lock is Elfy-proof. A little glue in the keyhole does not finish the lock. Our simple fix uses ordinary kerosene (mitti ka tel) and takes a few minutes:

1. Take the lock off the door or shutter and carry it outdoors, onto bare ground or a stone/metal surface, away from anything that can burn.
2. Put a few drops of kerosene on the lock around the keyhole and the glued area, and light it lightly. Let the small flame burn out by itself.
3. When the lock has cooled, wash it with a little kerosene, and burn it lightly one more time in the same way.
4. Let it cool completely, then shake and tap the lock to get the burnt glue residue out of the keyhole.
5. Put a few more drops of kerosene in the keyhole, insert the key and turn it. Your lock will open.

The photos are of the actual product range. Because the locks are handmade, tiny natural differences in finish can occur from one piece to another.
